Job Description
The Nominee & Issuer Services team supports the full lifecycle of corporate action, issuer communication, IPO operations and nomineeârelated services for securities admitted into HKSCC. This role forms part of the management team in managing corporate action which involves engagement with issuers and market participants, and ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance, and market integrity in the operational process.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of equity product in Hong Kong and China markets
- Experience in fixedâincome and derivative product is an advantage
- Leadership and management experience
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
