Job Description
A full Licensed Corporation is looking for a Managing Director to oversee the Sales & Business Development of Securities Brokerage in Hong Kong Operations.
Requirements
- Degree holder in economics & finance or related discipline
- At least 10 years of working experience in Securities Brokerage Industry with 5 years of sales team management experience in Regulated Activities (RA1, 2, 4, 5 & 9)
- CFA/CFP qualification preferred
- Must be mission driven with high-level of integrity
- Expert knowledge in wealth products, both in investment and insurance
- Proven track record in achieving business results with strong leadership and coaching skills
- Proactive with excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
