Senior Director, Product Management

Honor Technology is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to join its care platform transformation team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in product management and a technical degree or experience in a technical organization. The role will involve developing a deep understanding of customer needs and business goals, identifying opportunities to leverage technology, and driving delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management
• Technical degree or experience in a technical organization
• Experience working on a product to support a complex operational function or having direct operations experience
• Experience at a fast-growing, scrappy company
• Strong data analytics skills (comfortable with SQL, Looker or other BI platform)
• Ability to deconstruct complex problems, identify root causes, and focus on the highest impact issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
