Maintenance Planner

Maintenance Planner responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to improve equipment performance and reduce production interruptions at Hood Industries' lumber manufacturing facility in Waynesboro, MS.

Requirements

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities and work orders.
• Partner with maintenance, production, and operations teams to ensure work is properly planned and executed.
• Maintain and update the Guardian Web CMMS system including work orders, PMs, equipment data, and parts information.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to manage changes and updates to preventive maintenance procedures.
• Maintain and update maintenance plans, SOPs, JHAs, and related documentation.
• Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and production teams to plan and execute maintenance jobs.
• Analyze and manage maintenance backlog data and support prioritization of work.
• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling meetings.
• Generate routine maintenance reports, schedules, and KPI tracking.
