Job Description
Hook + Ladder Digital is looking for a Strategic Business Development Executive to drive growth, close deals, and build a lucrative book of business from the ground up. As a high-impact sales role, the successful candidate will own the full sales cycle and help drive the company's next stage of growth.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of B2B sales experience with full-cycle responsibility
- Proven success in consultative and solution-based sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Experience collaborating with technical or creative teams
- Comfortable using CRM systems and modern sales tools (HubSpot, Monday, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
