Job Description
Responsible for estimating assigned HVAC projects and the upkeep of estimating systems, including preparing project estimates, updating material pricing, and maintaining the estimating system.
Requirements
- Minimum two years technical education in the engineering field, construction management coursework or completion of apprenticeship in a respective discipline
- Prior estimating experience in the plumbing / piping industry preferred
- Analytical and problem solving, strong interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- General computer skills required with a good working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and a good understanding of CAD/BIM software technology
