Job Description
Campus Director provides spiritual leadership, operational excellence, community development, fund raising, establishing healthy vocational training options, and the overall vision of the ministry on a local level.
Requirements
- Advance knowledge of the Bible.
- Working knowledge of Celebrate Recovery 12 steps and 8 Principles (Beatitudes).
- Basic knowledge of human behavior.
- Basic knowledge of A & D services and career advising and guidance.
- General knowledge of teaching and instruction for individuals and groups.
- Convey information effectively.
- Time Management.
- Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve grievances.
- Have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and must live a life according to Biblical standards.
- Agree with the Statement of Faith, Lifestyle Statement, and overall vision of Hope Center Ministries.
- Successfully pass drug and alcohol tests, background screening and social media, personal and professional reference checks.
