Campus Director -Women's campus

The Campus Director provides spiritual leadership, operational excellence, community development, fund raising, establishing healthy vocational training options, and the overall vision of the ministry on a local level and organizing its resources to fulfill the overall vision of Hope Center Ministries.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of the Bible.
• Working knowledge of Celebrate Recovery 12 steps and 8 Principles (Beatitudes).
• Basic knowledge of human behavior.
• Basic knowledge of A & D services and career advising and guidance.
• General knowledge of teaching and instruction for individuals and groups.
• Convey information effectively.
• Time Management.
• Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve grievances.
