Community Support Facilitator - Sub/Temp

Hope Services is seeking a Community Support Facilitator to provide support and leadership for consumers to participate in activities and receive services in community settings. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of related experience or an approved combination of experience and education. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of related experience or an approved combination of experience and education
• Valid California driver's license and clear driving record
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively as a member of the team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge and understanding of alternative communication systems and assistive technology
