Registered Nurse (RN)

The Clinic Registered Nurse is responsible for providing evidenced based nursing services to participants enrolled in the PACE program. This position is responsible for providing superior physical assessment techniques, developing effective nursing care plans, and providing professional nursing care to patients.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinic setting
• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
• Valid Colorado driver’s license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to set priorities, manage competing demands, and consistently follow through
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications
