Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) Admissions position at HopeWest. Assess and admit patients into PACE. Competitive pay structure, benefits, and sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
- Valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of required automobile insurance
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications
