Vention is looking for an Account Executive to help businesses seize the opportunities around industrial automation and business transformation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and developing existing business opportunities.
Requirements
- Work both inbound and outbound leads to target client accounts
- Focusing on acquiring new first time customers and developing them into long term customers
- Develop existing business opportunities and prospect for new opportunities with new & existing clients
- Build skills as an expert in discovery calls, sales process, qualification methodology, product demonstrations, negotiations and closing
- Work through a qualified pipeline; including forecasting, nurturing and delivering results consistently
- Lead the sales process with prospective customers from initial discovery to close and beyond
- Work and communicate closely with Application Engineers to manage the development of projects
- Collaborate with leadership to develop new strategies to grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets
