This position is responsible for directing the activities of a branch or branches, coaching staff to utilize sales and service skills, and developing branch staff to meet and exceed sales and service goals and expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
- three to five years' related experience and/or training
- NMLS Certification
- Technically savvy, sales-oriented background
