Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Four to twelve years of related experience in sales, commercial lending, the agriculture industry, or financially related experience
- Proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of agricultural lending and related financial products and services and selling skills
- Ability to manage challenging customer situations and handle duties within the required time expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to employ diplomacy and tact with customers and prospects
- Ability to be recognized as a trusted advisor to customers and understand the local market and competition
- Adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment and ability to travel to/from other branch offices, customer meetings, etc.
