Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a Director of Product & Business Solutions to drive enterprise transformation, maximize technology investments, and shape business strategy into execution. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• More than ten years of experience in product management, business solutions, or related disciplines
• Five or more years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect strategy to operational execution
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and enterprise-scale change
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities
• Deep appreciation for governance, risk awareness, and control discipline
• Adaptable and flexible in a changing business environment
• Ability to travel as required
• Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance required
