Director of Product & Business Solutions

Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a Director of Product & Business Solutions to lead the Business Operations team and drive enterprise transformation, maximize technology investments, and shape business strategy into execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Generally, more than ten years of experience in product management, business solutions, or related disciplines.
• Five or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
