Requirements
- 6+ years experience in an account management or strategy role at a social, creative, influencer, or digital agency
- Deep understanding of the social media and influencer landscape, including platforms, trends, and audience behaviors
- Superior attention to detail, and incredibly collaborative nature
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow client relationships
- Innate curiosity with strong strategic and creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a variety of overlapping projects
- Experience managing and mentoring direct reports
