Director, Influencer and Paid Social Activation

Horizon Media is seeking a Director of Influencer and Paid Social Activation to drive the advancement and evolution of client offerings in influencer marketing and paid social activation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive measurable growth and ROI through influencer partnerships and paid social media.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with specific, hands-on experience in both paid social media and influencer marketing.
• Proven track record of managing performance-driven influencer and affiliate campaigns with a focus on DTC, e-commerce, and ROI.
• Deep expertise with direct social media buying platforms (i.e., Facebook Ads Manager) and a strong understanding of the broader paid social ecosystem.
