Event Coordinator supporting logistics for internal employee events, vendor and catering support, event resources and inventory assistance, calendar management and coordination, and onsite support for large internal events.
Requirements
- 1–3 years related experience (event support, hospitality, office coordination, or administrative support preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with interest in learning calendar and room scheduling systems
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Friendly, team-oriented, and comfortable working across teams
- Must be comfortable using a computer and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work some flexible hours depending on event schedule and needs
- Ability to stand for a prolonged period during events
