Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Horizon Media is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting and analysis, month-end close responsibilities, and other tasks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting and 6+ years of experience in financial analysis/reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting
• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis/reporting, including ad hoc reporting, variance analysis and budgeting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to research and analyze, problem solve, and offer insights and recommendations
• Maintain a positive attitude and be able to adapt to changes
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts, US GAAP and applications
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and application of financial and accounting principles to ensure decisions are fiscally sound and responsible
