Supervisor, Business Solutions

Horizon Next is looking for a Supervisor, Business Solutions to lead their team in developing strategic media solutions, managing client relationships, and overseeing the implementation of media plans. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in developing strategic media recommendations and stewarding media account projects, with a strong understanding of advanced analytics and performance media. They will be responsible for guiding the team in translating client goals into strategic media solutions, supervising the implementation of media briefs, and managing progress of reporting deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and stewarding media account projects
• Experience utilizing multiple media channels
• Thorough understanding of advanced analytics and performance media
• Familiarity with marketing principles, analytics and concepts
• Prior experience in a client contact and leadership role
• Strong mentorship experience in terms of developing media professionals, ability to manage a small team
