Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find and fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. As a Senior Product & Technical Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling the technical product and value-engineering enablement engine that powers our Sales Engineers, CSMs, partners, and broader GTM teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, Value Engineering, Product Marketing, or related GTM leadership roles in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling enablement programs (onboarding, ongoing training, certifications) for technical audiences (SEs, CSMs, partners)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer outcomes and value narratives
- Hands-on familiarity with offensive security / pentesting concepts (attack paths, AD, cloud, identity, vulnerability and exposure management) or strong adjacent experience with the ability to ramp quickly
