Communications (Sr.) Manager - Internal Communications - Corporate Office (Austin, MN)

We are seeking a skilled communications professional to help shape and deliver impactful internal communications. This individual contributor will develop and execute strategic internal communication plans that inform and engage team members at all levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, English or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in communications, public relations or a related field with demonstrated success supporting or leading corporate communications initiatives
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into communication plans
