Maintenance Supervisor responsible for making departmental decisions regarding maintenance, developing an understanding of equipment and manufacturing processes, and supervising mechanics and other skilled trades.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of maintenance supervisory experience
- Innovative, good technical and mechanical knowledge, excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to move to another shift every 12-18 months
