Job Description
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of Hospice of the Chesapeake's facilities, including inpatient care centers, administrative offices, and community spaces.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of three (3) years' hands-on experience in facility maintenance
- Knowledge of building codes, environmental and safety regulations
- Certifications preferred: EPA/CFC, OSHA 30, Maryland Stationary Engineer's License, CHFM, BOC, ASHE or equivalent
