Performance Improvement Coordinator

The Performance Improvement Coordinator assists the Director of Performance and Risk Management, leadership, medical staff and PI Committee in carrying out and implementing a comprehensive and integrated program. Supporting performance improvement activities on a daily basis and assure that action is taken as needed and as authorized by organization policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Nursing preferred.
• One to two years' experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting involving quality improvement preferred.
• Computers skills involving knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, and business writing.
