Requirements

• Generate, identify, and qualify inbound and outbound leads
• Develop, manage, and close ongoing sales opportunities
• Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, from first contact to contract signature
• Build and nurture relationships with investors, real estate funds, construction companies, and strategic partners
• Maintain accurate pipeline management using CRM and digital sales tools
• Source and secure new properties and business opportunities in the market
• Act proactively to expand the contact network and identify new acquisition channels
