As a VPS Growth & Partnerships Manager, you'll drive the growth of the VPS Hosting affiliate and partnership channel through strategic planning, negotiation, and management of partnership terms. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing and VPS squads to align strategy, share insights, and turn growth ideas into impactful initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or B2B sales within SaaS, hosting, or tech environments
- Analytical and proactive, with a hands-on, growth-focused mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Strong understanding of VPS hosting technologies and ability to translate technical concepts into growth opportunities
- Confident working with analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, TUNE, Impact Radius, HubSpot, or Google Sheets) to track and interpret performance metrics
- Experienced in setting and working with KPI and OKR frameworks to measure impact and drive performance
- Fluent in English (C1+); additional languages are a plus
