As the Go-To-Marketing Engineering Lead, you will design, build, and optimize the systems that power CloudBlue's revenue engine. This is a hands-on role for a builder who can evaluate, implement, and connect tools across the GTM stack while driving measurable impact on pipeline growth and revenue performance.
Requirements
- Own and optimize CRM architecture (HubSpot preferred)
- Build and maintain automated workflows across the funnel (lead routing, scoring, nurturing)
- Implement and integrate tools across the GTM stack using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, N8N, or native integrations
- Manage enrichment and prospecting tools while configuring outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, social, and retargeting channels
- Develop dashboards and reporting for pipeline, funnel performance, LTV, and conversion metrics; support forecasting and revenue planning
- Run and analyze GTM experiments (ICP testing, messaging, segmentation) and drive continuous optimization of acquisition funnels and conversion rates
- Identify bottlenecks and implement systematic improvements to increase pipeline velocity and sales efficiency
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to support expansion initiatives and provide strategic insights
- Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs
