The IHOP is hiring a motivated General Manager to lead their team at one of their growing restaurants in Oceanside, CA. This role involves hiring, scheduling, managing staff, and overseeing restaurant profitability. Assistants Managers are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead/manage a team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- 2 years continuous experience in a family restaurant or fast food environment
- Positive track record of controlling cost
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role
