General Manager

IHOP is seeking an organized and customer-service oriented restaurant manager to lead their growing team and manage restaurant operations. This role involves hiring, scheduling, and managing staff, and overseeing profitability. Qualified candidates will be expected to work independently and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as lead, manage and motivate a team
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• 2 years continuous experience in a family restaurant or fast food environment
• A positive track record of controlling cost
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role
• Bilingual (Spanish) candidate a plus
