Job Description
The Hotel UTO KULM Top of Zürich is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a talent for creativity, leading a position independently from mise en place to finished dishes.
Requirements
- Lead a position independently from mise en place to finished dish
- Ensure a smooth order, production and service process
- Guarantee a high quality of work
- Bring creative and culinary ideas into the business
- Participate in the development of new offers for Restaurant, self-service, seminar and banqueting
- Adhere to work safety and hygiene regulations
- Completed a training as a chef/cook EFZ or an equivalent
- Motivated, curious and practice the profession with great passion
- Master German in word and writing
