Night Audit (part-time or full-time)

The Night Hotel Auditor provides excellent customer service to guests and keeps the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly at night. Responsibilities include checking in guests, handling late night requests, and balancing accounts.

Requirements

• Greet guests upon arrival and check them in
• Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints
• Run EOD computer functions
• Clean public areas and bathrooms
• Perform hotel laundry and linen tasks
• Make coffee for morning guests and set up for breakfast buffets
• Review in-room dining receipts
• Lock exterior doors and check for trash
