Job Description
Provide excellent customer service to guests, keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly at night, and balance accounts leftover from the day shift.
Requirements
- Greets guests upon arrival
- Schedules guest wake-up calls
- Responds to guest inquiries
- Answers phones
- Runs EOD computer functions
- Clean public areas & bathrooms
- Hotel Laundry and Silas Linens
- Make coffee for morning guests/set up for breakfast buffets
- Review In room Dining Receipts
- Lock all exterior doors & check for trash around the building
