Job Description
This role involves analyzing requests from clients, managing phone and email communications, and providing ongoing support related to insurance policies. The position requires maintaining relationships with insurance carriers, working with Marketing and IT, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role supports client enrollment and requires a collaborative team player.
Requirements
- Supervise 1-2 Account Manager Assistants.
- Demonstrate analytical, continuous learning, job knowledge, and technical skills.
- Effectively use communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain insurance license or ability to obtain it within 90 days.
- Hold an insurance license or ability to obtain one.
- Read, analyze, and interpret complex documents (insurance policies).
