Job Description
Join Houlihan Lokey's Corporate Finance team as an intern for 3 months starting in November 2026. Gain experience in financial modelling, valuation analyses, and sector expertise within IT Services. Assist in pitch and client material preparation and conduct market and company analyses.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Prior internship experience in M&A advisory or related area
- Solid understanding of valuation theory and methodologies
- Quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
