Q4 2026 Off-Cycle Internship - Corporate Finance (Technology)

This is an internship opportunity to become an integral part of the Corporate Finance team at Houlihan Lokey, assisting in client materials preparation, market analysis, and financial modelling, and gaining experience in due diligence and transaction support.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both German and English
• Currently in the penultimate or final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
• Outstanding academic record, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field
• Prior internship experience in M&A advisory or a closely related area
• Solid understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and practical applications
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical capabilities
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
