APAC Benefits Manager

Houlihan Lokey is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Benefits Lead to join our growing Global Benefits team. The role will be instrumental in the administration of our benefits programs across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, ensuring our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our global benefits philosophy.

Requirements

• Manage the day-to-day administration of all benefit programs in the APAC region
• Develop processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all leave laws
• Manage key relationships with brokers and insurance carriers/providers
• Conduct market reviews to ensure external competitiveness
• Partner with global benefits team, business partners and office managers
