APAC Benefits Specialist

The Benefits Specialist is responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and leave of absence administration programs for the APAC region, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Knowledge of benefits and applicable laws in the APAC Region.
• Experience working in a global team.
• Exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Must be diligent and persistent in follow-up and effectively manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capable of multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to build partnerships across departments, work well on a team but also ability to work independently.
• Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do what it takes to get the job done.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
