Benefits Specialist (APAC)

Qube Research & Technologies is seeking a Benefits Specialist (APAC) to manage and evolve employee benefits programmes across multiple APAC locations, contributing to a best-in-class benefits offering for employees. The role involves supporting benefits management, vendor and broker relationships, employee communications, benefits benchmarking, compliance, and data analytics.

Requirements

• 4-6 years' experience in HR or employee benefits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience using HR systems such as Workday (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative and proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team
