Account Management Specialist

Housecall Pro is seeking an Account Management Specialist to support the account management team in driving success for our Pros by assisting with account retention, satisfaction, and engagement.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales
• Proficiency with CRM systems and customer engagement tools (i.e. Salesforce, Zendesk)
• English Fluency
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
