We're looking for a Manager, Onboarding Coach to oversee a team of Onboarding Coaches and deliver a positive experience for our service professionals. The ideal candidate is passionate about our mission and has experience in full-time customer support, account management, sales, or a related field.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in full-time customer support, account management, sales, or related field
- 1+ years experience leading teams of 10+
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
