AI Operations Project Consultant (Contract or FTC)

Alto Software Group is hiring a commercially minded AI Operations consultant to investigate, design and implement AI-driven efficiencies across the organisation and embed AI as a core operational capability.

Requirements

• Project management experience implementing AI-driven workflow automation in a SaaS environment
• Strong experience with CRM and marketing systems (Salesforce and HubSpot preferred)
• Experience with Zendesk or similar support platforms
• Strong API integration capability
• Experience using automation tools
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience working with LLM APIs and prompt engineering
• Understanding of RAG pipelines and vector databases (desirable)
• Experience operating in B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, NRR, GRR)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable ROI from automation initiatives
