Engineering Manager - PHP

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our ASG Engineering team working on our SaaS estate agency product Jupix and its customer facing application PropertyFile. This is a fast growing and exciting business going through change, where we have relationships with over 25,000 estate agent and developer customers across the UK.

Requirements

• Recruiting, guiding, and nurturing diverse and seasoned engineering teams
• Collaborating with your peers and the director of engineering to develop and expand our product and engineering organisation
• Develop and maintain critical regulatory and security features using PHP/Laravel
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex business problems into elegant, customer-focused solutions
• Contribute to the modernisation of our infrastructure and applications
