Job Description
HouseWorks is a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving the lives of seniors as they age, providing a comprehensive in-home service network. The Home Care Clinical Liaison will lead private pay growth expansion efforts throughout Southern New Hampshire, acquiring new business, enhancing market share, and fostering client relationships.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of measured success in Sales and Marketing
- Preferred experience in Home Health, Home Care or Hospice preferred
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with a CRM system
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
