The Recruiting Specialist manages the full recruitment life cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare administration, or customer service (healthcare or home care experience preferred)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a metrics-driven environment
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using ATS platforms
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
