Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare administration, or customer service (healthcare or home care experience preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a metrics-driven environment
- High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using ATS platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
