Line Cook

This Line Cook position at the Club requires daily food preparation in the kitchen, assisting with various tasks as needed, maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace, and following recipes. The role involves setting up stations, prepping food items, and adhering to restaurant guidelines, requiring a focus on food safety and teamwork.

• Sets up stations according to restaurant guidelines
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills
• Performs additional responsibilities as requested
• Reports to Executive Chef
