Job Description
The Admissions Team acts as ambassadors of customer service, working to provide Zoo Guests with a memorable and seamless experience. Seasonal Guest Service Representatives (GSRs) provide information and assist Zoo Guests with ticket purchases at the Main Gate.
Requirements
- Assists guests in a friendly and positive manner regarding Zoo offerings, prices, information and directions
- Provides information and directions to guests concerning the Zoo mission, rules and events
- Operates computer, radios, phones, and other office equipment in an efficient and effective manner
