Career Coach

The Career Coach position provides career coaching, guides self-discovery, and assists students and recent alumni with resume, interview, job/internship search and overall career preparation. The role involves conducting resume/cover letter critiques, job-search strategies, and providing guidance on application procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree preferred
• 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Motivated/enthusiastic work style
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Knowledge of career development and student development theories
• Proficiency with and disposition to learn general and industry-specific software
