Career Coach

The Career Coach will provide career coaching, guide self-discovery through workshops and experiential learning opportunities, and assist students and recent alumni with resume, interview, job/internship search, and overall career preparation.

Requirements

• Provide individual and group career coaching to undergraduate students and new alumni
• Conduct resume/cover letter critiques and job-search strategies
• Coach and advise students on available tools, resources, services, and employment platforms
• Create and facilitate engaging and informative workshops, events, and programs
• Maintain case notes that track client progress, assessment results, and counseling goals
